Kartik S. Jambhulkar is a professional social worker studied at Prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He is been engaged in the Education, Health and community work, social enterprises and multi state projects for the past 10 years. Coming from a social work and Social sciences background always prefer to work on sustainable changes in rural and urban pockets of India.

In recent years he has played a pivotal role in projects related to research, financial literacy campaigns, Youth empowerment, skill training, and community awareness on social inclusion. He is currently working as an independent consultant designing, developing and implementing projects for various organizations.

Alka Tembhurkar had done her masters in social work and been professional she utilized her unique combination of social work and social mobilizing skill to successfully broaden the work of the center and served as a major mobilizer and implementing the programs at rural and urban setup in all strategic planning. She is also a fast leaner and motivated to grow and enhance her skill at any given time. She was and been involve the women mobilizer for health and nutrition awareness program. She had done successfully completion two program named women skill development and women health and nutrition value under her leadership

Pritish Madan Rao Ambhore is a professional social worker studied at Prestigious Delhi School of Social Work. He is been engaged in the community work, social enterprises and multi state projects for the past 12 years. Coming from a social work and life sciences background, Pritish is an environment enthusiast ever since his college days. While volunteering for various NGOs, Pritish took initiatives like tree plantation, installing biogas plants, creating awareness for environmental development. His constant efforts resulted in him winning green fellowship, funded by VSO, twice for installing biogas projects in Delhi University and Aman Biradri shelter homes. Appreciating his efforts, CNN International too made a documentary on his work and projected it at Earth Summit held at Rio 2012!

Ever since then, he has been constantly engaged in environment advocacy, promotion of sustainable and green solutions through live environment projects, tree plantation and by launching innovative campaigns.

In recent years he has played a pivotal role in projects related to research, digital literacy campaigns, women empowerment, skill training, community awareness on dignity and inclusion. He is currently working as an independent consultant designing, developing and implementing projects for various organisations. His notable works include Nutrition campaign officer for NACDAOR, Research Project Director for Buddha Education Foundation and Project Mentor for OFPO Viraasat social enterprise company Curated by SSRFT and Supported by NABARD.

He works closely with NABARD, Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Ministry of Education Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment projects.  

He is an Expert on subjects related to SC/ST, Women, Children and Environment.

Anita Meshram had done her graduation in arts and being women social worker her contribution in the sector of SHG mobilization, formation and strengthening through the capacity building and awareness training.  In her leadership organization set up 50 plus SHGs involve by transforming them to income generating activities. At present she handling the Gondia district villages for women mobilization and strengthening them.

Dr. Shashi Jambhulkar had done her Phd in “Evaluation of Antibacterial Activity of Lactobacillus and Propionibacterium Species against Drug Resistant Salmonella Species”, in 2018 from Nagpur University.  In addition to having Ten years’ experience of teaching for B.Sc. Microbiology students. Her contribution for VCS is remarkable and major by the student’s progression under her teachings.

Pitambar Tembhurne is been working for organization as a Bamboo master trainer and ground work Mobilizer with highly proficient more than 20 years of rich experience in the Bamboo industry. In his guidance we build designed in certain method where participants can get benefits with more content in less span of time. At present he is working at the khoba center (Gondia district)

Triveni Tayde had done her graduation form Nagpur University. She handling the accounts department at same time she is multi-tasker, she works for organization start from existence of organization. In her professional nature she followed the all track record and day to day communication with related departments.

Chandrashekhar Parodkar had done his MBA and at present working for organizations at center for skill development department under his professional nature he followed the tie-up and companies’ communication, with intense work on job placements. As per organization provide thirty plus skill development courses for rural and urban students. He takes tremendous efforts to prime tie-up with companies and successfully made fifteen thousand plus placement of male and female students of rural and urban pocket.   

Pallavi Jambhulkar had done her masters in social work and at present she handling the institutions and centers counseling office, she has unique and very well trained communication skill and using impact counseling methodology. Under her surveillance all centers are in well-functioning condition same as youth and young girls fervently in contact with her to share their problems and issues. As we found her talent and services to our organization is up to makeable and appreciable. At present she is handling the urban institutional counseling center.   

Pallavi Malkawade is the behalf of Amit Malkawade and associate with organization last from seven years. In her leadership organization organize several two days medical camps at rural and urban slum area of Nagpur district where doctor and her team provide women and child nutrition training, women health safety majors, how women care her own health by using household and commercial products, Women pregnancy and how to care tool awareness program, At present she is serving us to Khoba Village and Urban slum area by running counseling center and in her leadership we reach to save max to ten thousand people’s lives.

Shashikant Raut had done his MBA in Agricultures,PG –  in Packaging Science, PG – Agriculture Policy, He lead and looks all socio –Eco and environmental project which lead the awareness program on Tree plantation, organic farming and importance of medicinal tree plants. He has also in-charge to conduct the workshops on medicinal tree plantation and its uses on day to day life.

He has experience for community development of farmers through FPO in vidharbha region.

Amit Malkawade is professional Pathologist and medical trainer associate with organization last from seven years. In his leadership organization organize several one day and two days medical camps and free medicine distribution at rural and urban slum area of Nagpur district where doctor and his team provide health training to youth and aged peoples. In his leadership we reach to save max to ten thousand people’s lives.

Shashikant Jambhulkar has with 25 year experience engaged in the skill development and skill up gradation of the youths according to their needs and market demand. Last from Ten Years he had played vital role for organization and leading maximum project as a Principles investigator He also looks out the Administration of Renaissance College of Computer Science and Advance Technology and Renaissance Institute of Technical Education, Nagpur.

Dinesh Dhande working for the organization past fifteen years as IT trainer and Instructor he is a superb instructor, who has fantastic knowledge of general IT and not just Software, graphic designer and NetApp. With his knowledge and way he explained every aspect of IT course. He is very friendly, and very professional. At the same time he made himself available for organizational nonacademic schooling and skill up gradation program for dropout students and young leaners at rural area followed villages of Khoba, Katni, Kohmara, Kokana, Manditola of Gondia district.

Veena Shinde Madam working for the organization past twenty years as IT trainer and Instructor, she delivered IT related course to an exceptional standard. Her knowledge of IT meant that she was able to answer any queries from students and engage in valuable discussions about the service. She was very clear when describing various aspects of the system and delivered the course at a pace that was easy to follow, taking into account the level of knowledge the students had of IT. She is personality meant that the course was very enjoyable to follow.

Dr. Kailash Sahare he had done his BHMS and MA in Clinical Psychology, master in population sciences IIPS Mumbai, been professional he develop the tool and methodology to earmarking and handling the youth mental health, he has highly proficient more than 15 years of rich experience in women and child mental health, working male, female tress management, and counseling centers.

Under his leadership we had completion three projects on youth mental and women and child mental health wellbeing at rural and urban location of Nagpur district.

Kshitij Gavande had done his bachelors and masters in social work from Rajiv Gandhi youth university, Specialized in youth development. For organization he has develop the youth leadership program and youth employment generation program he has successfully enlarge the work of the center and served as a implementing the programs at rural and urban setup. At the same time he had successfully completion the program under the principle investigator and team. He has unique quality and energetic leadership to communicate with youth and civil society.
